But who has time to personally sit down with you and explain step-by step how to trade the market from beginning to end?

Even if you could find one, experienced mentors normally charge you per hour. How much are you willing to pay him or her for their time?

That's why I have decided to make it easy for you to learn trading and keep on track with your plan.

I've always believed the fastest way to success in any endeavour

Mentoring is "helping someone else to learn something that he or she would have learned less well, more slowly, or not at all if left alone."
"A mentor is someone who is active in the field, serves as a role model, listens, asks good questions, shows concern, and has a serious interest in the other person -- including his or her short- and long-term goals."

My name is Eric Kratzer

I am a retired psychologist and trainer

I have trained people over many years in areas such as

I have traded shares for about 10 years now, full time for the last 4 years.

I will provide a continuous program to you, advising and mentoring you in any area of share trading you desire.

I will help you to trade profitably by training you to properly manage your trades as well as your mindset and self-control.

And most of all, I will always encourage you to prepare a good trading plan and stick to it.

Mentoring is different from training. While training occurs at the onset of a program, coaching occurs throughout the program. I will help you to set out a general plan for you, but it is up to you to decide which path you wish to follow.

Please note: I am not a financial advisor; I am a teacher and trainer. Before making any investment decision you need to consider whether the advice is appropriate for you. It is only up to you to make investment decisions.

How will we be communicating?  Most of the time, we will be communicating by email, however there may be times when a chat on yahoo messenger is appropriate. You will be sent regular email with sections of the mentoring program, please print them out and file them for reference. You can at any time send me an email with questions you may have, I will answer those questions as soon as possible.

The initial fee will provide you with intense on-line mentoring for a period of 3 months. If you are serious and communicate regularly, apply the rules we establish and put them into practice, then I am sure that at the end of this period, you will have the knowledge to trade more confident and with greater knowledge and be a better trader.
